Fields of Gold

This is my first large canvas. I have done other large pieces before but for this one I used a base material that reminded me of feed bags. It presented some obstacles. Seems like a success with mixed media layers. The *Fields of Gold* collection began as reflection of the field across the road from the family farm & has transformed into analysis of the general population’s disconnect of healthy food production.
